親愛的各位先進，大家好
小弟目前剛到新公司(傳產磁磚公司)快滿三個月，約在第一個月後就起了離職的念頭，至於離職原因，簡單來說就是公司福利很差，其中比較不能接受的，就是若因為節慶放假一天導致當週工時32hr，則只給32hr的薪水，優點只有準時上下班
中間也找了不少工作，可能年尾+景氣不好+快選舉，面試機會幾乎都很少，要不都是屎缺
如今試用期快過了，目前面臨的選擇是
1.留下來，下班後做自己的事(參加讀書會…等等投資自己的活動)
2.斷然離職，直接找福利更好的，但更操的
由於這是第二份工作，打算做五年以上，還請大家不吝分享意見(目前沒有金錢上的壓力)
