看到推文許多人說法,類似下面觀點
1.助工這樣很好了
2.如果不是在台積,可能只有領30k
3.不爽不要做,後面很多人在排隊
如過遮住推文,還以為是台灣慣老闆說的
今天資方壓低薪水
增加勞工相對剝奪感讓勞方內鬥
結果大家真的跳進這個圈子進行批鬥
那兩例或一例一休根本不需討論,因為大家並未站在同樣勞工的立場上
許多還是領員工的錢操老闆的心
而且,今天問題是助工錢領太多還是其他人領太少
怎麼沒人討論幾個問題,
i.是否管理上面有問題或者其他地方忽略不改善
ii.靠著壓榨勞動力來增加績效
iii.為何不是自己老闆太苛刻給的薪水太少,要如何團結來增加薪資
大家高學歷結果想的全部都是台灣慣老闆的那套,難怪慣老闆層出不窮
TSMC有欠錢到需要用壓榨的方式逼人在錢以及高壓&疲勞下做事,做錯再來review嗎?
如果不去思考這些,單純羨慕、嫉妒、批判別人領的多或少
台灣只能當一輩子的奴隸島,然後製造出一大堆不穩定的社會成本(ex:小孩沒時間教養、社會冷漠等等),大家一起來承擔
