希望當初寫信來的版友 他已經可以合理的有尊嚴的離開
由於事情已過 雖未經過其同意 但我可以點一下案由 就是因為標案未繼續
故他們部門遭裁撤
1.
(先前整個機構努力所得的功勳有獎助分配給全機構各部門,
但因該部門需裁撤而自動忽略該部門原先可獲得的獎金)
2.沒給資遣費...而主動去跟新得標單位聯繫而轉職成功的人
該機構也認為是他們的天恩 也不給資遣費...
3.強迫轉移工作單位,若不同意 就叫你領年終滾蛋,未依法資遣
(依勞基法 若資方改變勞動條件 勞工不同意 可要求資遣...)
好事不出門 壞事傳千里....!!
若某機構對號入座,認為自尊受損 歡迎隨時來告 本人沒在怕
