各位版大好,想請問如何知道自己是公司的正職人員?
自己的公司很小,目前只有三人。(剛做完一個月)
突然想確定自己是公司的正職人員,而不是約聘/打工/幫忙/老闆收的流浪狗。
想請問要怎麼向老闆提?(什麼書面資料?)
btw,自己沒有拿到勞動契約、聘書、健康檢查;只有填過個人資料表。
補充:
目前上班的公司A是公司B的高層出來成立的新公司。
第一個月的薪資是從公司B領的。但第二個月…未知中。
因為第一個月看到薪水沒有加班費,所以整個驚嚇到想確定自己是正職人員。

最後,為什麼勞動契約這麼重要的事情,竟然沒有在勞基法裡面?
常看新聞都只提時薪、工時、加班費。
為什麼勞動契約不是根本中的根中,勞基法和勞委會是在打假球嗎?
勞委會每年編預算做的廣告為何都沒有宣導勞動契約的重要性?
畢竟,沒有書面的意思表示,怎麼讓老闆心驚驚?!
竟然略過勞動契約,卻在宣導出缺勤紀錄?
