好可怕,我遇過這類的公司,也在裡面上班過,
第一次發現公司的異常是,有位同事因為媽媽生病,有段時間常請假,
他也沒犯什麼錯,公司就把他解僱了,後來有同事幫他說情,希望能給他一點資遣費,
結果管理部的經理竟然還說:"台灣的公司,一般都是沒有在給資遣費的".
接著公司的某一個產品虧損累累,公司就把那個事業群的經理,降職為工友,
結果那個為公司工作八年的經理,也是一毛錢都沒拿到.
表面上把他降職為工友,其實是希望他自請離職.
