1.提單上 To Order of 開狀行

跟 To the Order of 開狀行

少一個 "the" 有甚麼不同嗎? 何者才是正確用法?

2.如果提單上Consignee的欄位

直接寫開狀行,沒寫 "To Order of" 會被抓瑕疵嗎?
