今年半導體產業活絡,為了搶攻人才大餅,美光晶園科技除了提供員工,專業技能提升,
內部轉職、國外轉調機會,更擴及到員工身心平衡.家庭照護,廠區內設立健身房、媽媽
室、員工餐廳,九月起為了協助同仁照顧幼小子女,更提供育兒津貼補助。
美光北亞區人資夥伴處長 劉素齡:「如果他們有小朋友在7歲以下,也就是未滿7歲的小
朋友的話,那每一個小朋友,他們一個月是可以申請5000塊的補助。將近20%的同仁,就
是超過2000位的同仁,然後能夠照顧到2500位左右的小朋友。」
預計發出上千萬的育兒津貼,可以申請的員工超級有感。
美光員工GENE:「小孩每個月有蠻多的基本開銷,那公司給的就是每一個小朋友,每個月
都有5000塊錢的育兒津貼,然後來補足我們在經濟上的需要,我覺得這個真的非常的貼心
。」
除了育兒補助,公司還提供彈性工時,彈性工作安排,以及購買公司股票折扣,讓員工共
享努力成果。
美光北亞區人資夥伴處長 劉素齡 :「 每個月同仁可以提撥最多15%的薪資,然後來去參
加員工,美光股票的購買,那在購買股票的時候,我們還可以享受15%的折扣,所以也就
是說,至少有15%的獲利。」
美光員工 IAN:「 如果公司投票漲的話就賺更多,如果公司股票持平的話,至少還有15%
可以賺這樣子。」
