本想用分類是分享，不過好像吃不進去，改用心得，如果有錯誤請告知。
大家好，
小弟因這辦理採購多年，兩年前根據投招標文件附件產生的需要
寫了一隻可以幫忙產生一些附件的程式，讓小弟可以減少核對跟
繁複開啟附件檔案檢查的困擾，如此也可以避免少放附件。
因此這邊最近修改了一下後分享給大家使用。
自動產生文件包含下列：
投標文件：
1.廠商聲明書
2.三用文件
3.委託授權書
4.利益衝突揭露表
5.標價清單
6.標封
7.資格審查表
開標文件：
1.派員監辦簽
2.底價核定表(含參考)
3.開標紀錄
軟體下載網址(免安裝)：

如果使用機關有自己的文件格式，可以參考序列地位去填寫後，覆蓋原來的檔案，讓系統
幫你填入定位的地方。
