想請教大家:
對於新進人員教育訓練一般課程都是如何規劃?
我們公司一直以來對教育訓練都不是很重視 目前做的充其量只能算是新人引導
就是對目前公司的作業系統 人事規章 以及日常作業流程做簡單說明
我想新人教育訓練應該不只這樣吧
而在專業課程方面 由各部門自行教學 我們hr這邊也沒有做後續追蹤
綜合以上...
想請問資深的hr們
新人教育這一塊大家是怎麼執行?課程的深度與廣度又是如何?
