景氣慘！竹科大裁員2年新高 這產業裁最凶

面板雙虎友達、群創先前異口同聲表示，今年面板市況火熱為20年來最好，但現實狀況似
乎沒有想像中樂觀，根據竹科管理局統計，竹科第3季裁員數達611人、創下近七季高點，
就連南科裁員數也衝上310人，為今年單季新高，這兩個園區其中又以LED及面板上游的光
電產業為裁員最大宗。
景氣差竹科掀起裁員潮，《經濟日報》報導，竹科第3季區內光電業裁員數412人，與第2
季的207人相比幾近倍增，占當季竹科總裁員人數的67.4%，是裁員人數最多的產業，分析
原因，主因LED大廠璨圓併入晶電之後進行人力精簡；至於南科第3季光電業裁員數也達
271人，占當季南科總裁員人數的87.4%，同樣也是「裁最凶」的產業，以友達集團旗下明
基材9月裁員212人最多。
反觀中科則是裁員數相對低的園區，報導指出，今年在台積電、矽品等大廠陸續擴廠下，
中科園區就業人數由今年初的3.3萬人，到9月底一口氣合增加5000人至3.8萬人新高，逆
勢呈現成長。
