有單位在用發文送稿簿嗎? - 公職

單位發文除了函稿,都會附上一本"發文送稿簿",裡面的欄位
有發文號數、文件類別、受文機關、事由、用印發文、擬稿、覆核
和判行。一開始進去還很認真寫,可是後來越寫越簡單,覺得很多
餘,章都要蓋兩次,包含我以上各個層級都是。後來不附這本還被
秘書事主任念。
有一次問新北市的同學,他說他們單位沒在用,查了法規也沒有
規定要用,而且現在發文不都電腦化了。搞不懂為什麼要除了函稿、
正副本還要加這本?我想確認是不是只有我的單位還活在舊時代,還是
其實大家都有再寫這本@@
