有關於代理合同的翻譯~求助 - 國貿工作討論

最近幫公司翻譯一個代理合約~是英翻中的~

但是老闆希望我再加上這幾句話上去....發現...有夠難的!!!!!!

我的程度大概只到口語溝通或者是郵件往來沒問題~

但是像這種正式的文書......也就是要寫所謂的文言文...超難的~~~

懇求前輩大大可以指教或是修改一下.....

我自己的試譯如下~~但感覺還是整各差很遠....T_T

說明 : 甲方=party 1 ,就是國外想代理我公司機台的公司

乙方=party 2 ,就是我公司~也就是supplier

目前的狀況是~國外想代理我公司的機台,而我司需要擬一份書面合同~~~

內容如下:

1. 甲方於合約期間不能銷售非乙方製造的同類型機器.

Party 1 cannot sale the same kind of machines during the vaild period under this agreement which agreed by each other.


2.甲方每年至少銷售一台, 以保障甲方於下一年的獨家代理權. 除非乙方以書面同意再延長一年, 否則合約將自動終止.

Party 1 is responsible for sales,which means the sales at least one machine in evey year in order to guarantee the exclusive Sales Angent of party1 in next year.
Unless party2 agree to givethe other party a written notice to extend this Agreement, or this agreement would be terminated.

3.乙方於甲方取得代理前所銷售及正在洽談的客戶,屬乙方所有,除非乙方同意否則甲方不得干涉.


The target clients should belong to party 2 before ...(後面翻不出來了>"<)
Party 1 cannot get involved in any of clients or any positions, unless get the official approvement which was made by party 2.
