現在在娩假中,到12/21
有想要請育嬰留職停薪,預計半年
如果有排到公托可能提早復職
沒有的話就再打算
問過人事說從1/1 開始請比較好算
可是再加個事假5天,也只能到12/28
難道要請老公代打個兩天撐到1/1
還是不用理人事直接請?
1.
12/21後 直接接留職停薪半年
2.
12/21後 接事假5天,再請育嬰留職停薪
延長一下能排到公托的時間
(順便問5天事假是否會影響考績?)
3.
依照人事的說法
12/21後 接事假5天
再請先生照顧小孩2天撐到1/1再請
想請問高手那一種對我們最有利?
還是有其他的好辦法?
