有關銀行的business letter - 國貿工作討論

我覺得是這邊沒有很清楚的表明說是因為他們匯款時填錯ACCOUNT NAME
所以他們會計部門才會覺得說是銀行自己寫錯了
重點是跟他們說因為當初匯款時"填寫的"ACCOUNT NAME錯了
我還是覺得掃描匯款水單給他們會比較清楚


: 這是第二封類似的內容請對方通知銀行修改,
: 對方回信除了有apologies for this delay外
: 有提到
: we will find a better way for re-inbursing your expenses next time(by cash,
: in your hand). as the time it is currently taking is nothing else than

我想他的意思應該是說下次如果還有類似要付這種出差費用的話
他們應該會用更好的方式-->就是直接把錢交到你們手上吧
