那個廠是台灣人跟江西人合資的廠
目前廠還在營運
積欠我朋友7.8.9月的薪資
10月的時候通知他放無薪假
他打電話回台灣...台灣的要他找江西
找江西總負責人本人都不接電話
找其他江西的主管都跟他說再等結果
我朋友在這邊沒有勞動合同....也沒繳過稅....
更沒有薪資欠條...這樣他的薪水除了等...還有其他的辦法拿的到嗎!?
快過年了...他等不及了...
