在下有關於打考績問題欲請教
請指教
先說一下在下的考績狀況
第一年初入公職
因為生病住院請假一個月(有醫生證明),所以考績不得考列甲等 是為乙等
第二年
因為輪到我和另外一個同事輪乙等 所以又拿一個乙等
第三年也就是今年
首長決定要核實打考績
就在下的理解的打考績方式....
人事主任說每四個月有一張平時考核表
然後由各位主任去考核 排序
想請教各位大大的是
首長為何要改成核實打考績
是想改正輪流打考績的歪風嗎??
請問大大們是核實打考績為常態還是輪流打乙等為常態???
那要是核實打考績是不是有什麼判斷標準和方法??
因為已經拿了兩次乙等,又擔心在下的業務單純(是文書)又被打乙等
這樣就連續三年乙等有點難看...
所以想要請教版上大大們的想法??
