請問一個問題...
勞基法好像規定公司 約聘員工一年就要轉正職
但是萬一公司是用了正職沒多久 轉約聘
這樣算不算變相資遣勞工?
然後省了資遣費?
勞基法有對這樣行為做約束嗎??
