我覺得齁 以我待在台積多年的經驗
台積就是給你不錯的薪水 然後你學不到甚麼狗屁 待久了你就發現 幹
1. 我怎麼整天在做ppt
2. 我怎麼整天都在開會 開會就推責任 沒人解決問題 搶發meeting notice/minutes刷存
3. 後天要請假,明天跟老闆提,他又要怎麼酸我
4. oncall電話沒接到 該不會有甚麼大事 手機沒響 也幻聽以為在響
5. 該怎麼畫大餅把這個project講的驚天地泣鬼神 然後丟包給別人做呢
6. 老闆一直說要job rotate 說了三年他媽owner還是我 然後別人的東西繼續往我身上丟
拜託 整天都在弄這些事情 是有甚麼屁技能可以離開
想當初我剛進公司 寫了一封很正式的英文信 還被酸文法寫那麼好 外文系畢業的喔
嗆這種話的心態到底是三小 幹 台積面試不就要考英文 考爽的?
喔後來發現 在台積只要會寫Dear sir和Dear sirs就好 女老闆也可以寫sir沒關係
都不重要 因為升遷考績和這些實力都沒關係
調薪有高有低原本是一件很正常的事 也不見得資歷淺的調的幅度就要比較少
但台積最關鍵的問題不是這個 而是這間公司的升遷和考績制度極度不公平
MO一堆的人可以升遷 沒為什麼 因為他是馬屁精 捧老闆LP
現在那位operation大老秦史皇就是要升新人 最近一波準副理都是9萬多號的
你說這些都是精英人才嗎?吃屎 都是為拉而拉 廢得要死 這些人人緣也很差
目的只是要告訴更新的新人 你們是有機會的喔
部門內3,5萬號的33 當初告訴他們 不好意思升遷名額有限 請排隊 就要輪到你了
現在告訴你 不好意思 公司卡年紀升遷 你太老了 不能升你 ??耍人不是
沒錯 台積現在就是有這個潛規則 你年紀太大 部經去提升遷
上面的資深副總就問你:你部門是沒人了是吧? 為什麼非得提老人?
你要不就是換個人提promote 要不就把名額讓出來
我就問多少部經願意冒險為了你這個小工程師非提名你不可
老人都滾蛋就對了啦很簡單
台商就是權力至上 不像外商還有下打上績效的制度
台積只有上打下 老闆才不屌你員工暗地裡怎麼幹繳我
我只要往上服務就好 往下就是壓榨 因為我當初就是這樣爬上來的
還有之前提過很多的國軍文化 做事效率高的人被靠杯 你太早下班 考績才會不好
問老闆 我事情都做完了 又沒有出錯 得到的回覆是 那你可以做更多啊
我操 別人做那麼少 晚上留下來跑步 打桌球 只要最晚離開 十天只要做一件事就好
為啥 以我之前的經驗 因為他是單身狗 人緣差 回家也是一個人 不如在公司吹免費冷氣
寄個內部mail 還被老闆約談 為什麼cc你把我放後面 我比較大 放前面 這都不懂嗎
開課會的時候被幹說 為什麼你昨天走廊上遇到我沒跟我打招呼
對副理使個眼色 副理會後就說 以後看到部經要停下來 他跟你打完招呼再走
看到德音哥哥宣導的誠信正直 在working level完全不適用
遇到產線問題 第一時間就是想怎麼在OP圓一個好聽的理由
對客戶的話 就想怎麼騙客戶 在route後面補回來產能
還有:"我們不誇張 不作秀" .....................無言以對
基本上台積就是誰愈會演 考績愈好 影帝影后訓練班 好嗎
還有齁 一堆推文說甚麼 嘻嘻 笑你不敢離職 腳麻囉 記得上班啊
這種不成熟的言論就不用了 我懷疑這些推文 到底有多少人真的去過台積
事實就是離職的人多的是
工作不是只有薪水一項指標 還有上班的心情 公司文化 身體健康 人生規劃
一年300和一年200 但前者你他媽身體爛掉 心靈受創 沒有個人生活 做久了你還會想繼續做?
賺的錢就去看醫生 去按摩 要不然就報復性消費
以前就出國玩 恢復一下體力 才能繼續回來被老闆電
在這裡 想要離開的人一定要很有決心 自己平常就要保持永遠不停止學習的心態
但這種人通常把自己搞得很累 升遷也不是很順 考績也不在前標 比不上往上服務的馬屁精
以前書本都會教文良恭儉讓 不好意思 這邊不適用
這邊適合 你只有60分實力 去講得花亂墜 臉不紅氣不喘說你有100分實力的人
不適合真強者 做事快狠準 不出錯 因為老闆會說你沒存在感
在台積這幾年 我拿過S-,S,S+,O
經驗告訴我 我拿S-的時候是真的有再為公司做事付出些甚麼的 最累也就那段時間
拿O的時候 完全出張嘴 叫別人做事 只要會畫虎藍就好
自己評估過後 覺得不是一個正確的工作態度 不適合本身的個性
即使我知道如何在這間公司生存 但不喜歡這樣的自己 我就離開了
離開之後薪水不但沒有變少 而且最重要的是 我被新公司當人看了
再強調一次 工作不是只有薪水 等你到做了一定年資之後
就會開始想人生的其他目標了
會想要有一個圓滿的家庭 可以多陪陪小孩 假日可以真心放下工作出去玩
讓自己生活過得更快樂

: 2.持續性擴廠需要更多的新血 - 大外宣神山不再是過往低底薪,被綁到三年才能拿高獎
