小弟來分享一下不同的看法
神山這次的調薪制度帶來的影響可能有以下幾種
1.士氣
當大部分的人都認為調薪制度有問題的時候,間接影響到的是員工心理層面,
大家的努力不被認同且薪水又被超車或是追上,做起事情絕對會開始擺爛,
原本可能是用80%的速度在觸理事情,現在可能降低到60%,對於需要龐大勞
動力的公司來說,這波調薪真的是一大損失。
2.風氣
原本風氣就很差的課,經過這次調薪反而造成老人跟新人對立,只會被幹的更慘
而已,老人更不願意教,新人上線速度只會更慢,學到的東西只會更少。
如果GG風氣好且員工又能準時下班,五年前的起薪應該還是搶爆。
3.人才流失
這邊的人才流失指的不是離職,大家都腳麻了怎麼跑,這裡指的是人才推薦,都
知道新人進來的起薪高跟調薪失衡,我怎麼可能介紹資淺的人來超越我,況且那
種推薦獎金完全不會吸引人。
奉勸要進GG的人真的要慎重考慮,這波調薪就是在告訴各位在GG的老人是不值錢的,
畢竟在裡面待兩三年其實就學的差不多了,而且去其他地方都用不到,拉高新人薪水
讓你不要輕易離職,但你三五年後腳麻也很難離職了,薪水是有天花板的,一開始拿
比較多,後面就調得越少。
