最近招待一個外國客戶,超級澳的
東西看完,就說其它的備配也要免費送給他
價錢又一直要殺,拚命佔你便宜..
我一直堅持不要,跟他說每樣東西都要錢,其實有些東西給他也無所謂
,但這個客人太貪小便宜了,我不爽給他,堅持一定要付錢
然後還帶他去買一些五金用品,因為這些東西不貴,幾千塊錢而已
我也沒給他賺commission,但我都交代店家,他很會殺價,給他的東西
價格全都加10%,而且儘量不要讓他殺
結果他買的有的給他殺5%,有的不二價,平均都貴了5~10%,為什麼我要這麼做
,因為我很不爽,我甚至跟他說我很不開心,因為他的要求太over,這些東西都要錢的
那些其實是小錢,送他無所謂,但他對我的產品殺價的程度我很不爽,還跟我說
其它公司比我更便宜,我挑明了講,不爽不要買..
然後還跟我說 某樣產品我再降台幣一萬給他他馬下購買,我還打電話連絡
供應商,然後勉為其難說,ok,我跟供應商討論過,給你specail price,但是
你要兩組都買,原本他都承諾要買了,然後又跟我說他再回去想想,也許他能找到中古貨
我聽到這樣很不爽~ 他來台灣我陪他好幾天,光飯錢油錢都好幾千塊,連一點點小錢
都不給我賺,還說要我幫他找中古機械.. X的,我又不是吃飽太閒
最後一些零配件,我每樣都跟他算錢,跟他說他買不買都無所謂,我不在乎
然後帶他去買的東西,我每間店家都要求他們售價直接加10%,我沒有抽佣,
但我不爽他做生意的方式,你這樣對我,我也對你不客氣
他還跟我說,他以前跟其它家買,都有附很多東西,那家廠我也認識,他叫我打電
話給那間廠商,我跟他說,我不要打,他們是他們,我是我,不同公司,跟我買
就要照我的做法,還說他想要跟我配合,又暗示我們公司小間,價格放軟一點
,以後他可以幫我們變大間..
我說,"everything is money! we need money to become big,if you don't
give me money, how can i become big?"
講到這他也笑了,他說 i know, we have same problem. let's grow up together!
他還說以後要當我的代理,我說 you're welcome if you want to sell our product.
but you have to understand, our target market is on the high price market.
not low price market. And i plan to raise our price in the future!
If you want to sell, that's ok. But you must sell at high price. As high
as possible! So, you make more money and we make more!
you can always find cheaper supplier in the market, but i tell you:
that's not our market.
you must know that when we give you quotation, there isn't much space for
negociatation! maybe there's a space, but very slim! we don't raise the price
to let you cut down!
And I told you "my boss has very bad temper, if you ask too much discount,
even 10 dollars cheaper than our bottom price, he'll very angry, and rufuse
our business right away"
他聽我說我老闆脾氣很差也笑了,他說 i know, i know, that's not
good for businese~
有些東西我跟他說價格太低我不做,叫他別寄樣品給我,他還堅持要寄給我,
X的,是聽不懂人話喲..
新產品的quotation我報給他125萬台幣,他堅持要殺到110萬,我跟他說
嘸可能啦! 我叫他能接受我報價再來談,而且我現在很忙,訂單很飽
他說他這個project可以先延兩三個月,等我訂單沒麼飽再做,叫我好好想想,
還強調他以後有很多生意要跟我做.. 他X的,有都自己在講而已,做到再說啦
我跟他說我已經discount給你了,discount後就是125萬,這價格決定了
你能接受再來,你也知道我老闆脾氣很差~
最後他說他回去跟他的合夥人討論看看..
X的,應付這人跟應付鬼一樣,不過我要讓他知道,我們不是可以予取予求的
跟我們做生意也不要耍手段...我可以隨時中止交易..
而且對我來說,澳客的報價只會更貴,你這次這樣搞,讓我對你不信任
,以後報價就是直接加10%上去,而且只給殺5%..
