為什麼大家認為台塑就是公務員? - 加班

不只有版上
感覺生活週遭很多朋友也認為在台塑就像在公家單位一樣?
因為剛好公務員.半國營.台塑都有待過
說實話我覺得天差地遠
公家單位不會扣薪水
颱風天不會叫你出來上班
而且請事假不會扣錢(記得有規定5天內)
至於說到最敏感的加班費
台塑不僅沒有加班費 連補休夜間供餐都沒有(不過這要看單位)
公家就算沒有也會給補休
另外就是台塑主管飆罵下屬能力實在不容小覷
給我的幾乎全是負面觀感
我覺得台塑是公務員已經是多數人的刻板印象+以偏概全了
