一般人換工作,除了膽識,還有些事情要注意的。
換工作,並不會直接造成薪資的提升。而是你有機會更了解自己與市場行情,拿到更接近市場行情而已。市場行情就卡在哪裡,沒有人願意無限制的多付錢。你月薪5萬,並不會因為多跳幾次,月薪就從5萬來到20萬。頂多是市場的常態分佈是4-6,你有更多的機會去接觸到6的職缺而已。跳槽要看情況,真不建議,為了跳而跳。
常常看到有人跳槽加薪。並不是因為跳槽這動作,讓你加薪了。而是:
1.你的工作成果有累積,這成果有市場行情,造成市你的場行情提高了。你的能力,配得上更好的薪資分佈範圍。
2.你有機會拿到更符合市場行情的價格。薪資分佈範圍相同的情況下,你有更多機會看到極值。
3.你換個國家或產業工作:薪資分佈直接改變。
這三項的良性循環就會造成,你跳槽能夠加薪。也是審視自己該不該跳槽的方式之一。
失去了以上三點,不管你幾歲,你怎麼跳,薪資永遠不會提升。跳槽是多個機會,不是一定加薪或成長。很多人,就是因為以上三件事情都做不到,所以麻了。
先不說,家庭因素,或是看透了職場人性,忍受度變高,等狀況。說些每日工作強相關的。
腳麻老人常見特徵:
1.每年每月都在做同樣的東西,工作成果沒亮點。就是多做了幾個專案而已。一年經驗連續用10年。履歷攤開來看,其實寫一年的成果,與寫10年差不多,就專案名稱變了。只剩扣分的年齡一直提升。
避免腳麻的方法:每年一定要是審視自己的工作,我今年要提升什麼?我有沒有達成我想成為的人?我的專案成果,品質,深度,與影響力有再上一個階級嗎,還是只剩下數量的成長?
能不能靠更有影響力的專案,跳到更好的公司或職缺?
這間公司如果,工作內容本身,就是沒成長的,培養你腳麻,更是要早點規劃自己的職場。
2. 因為自己夠老,也知道自己以經拿到產業與市場行情的上限,因此找同層的職缺薪資不會提升了。找上一層的工作,職缺少,壓力大,面試難度高。根本沒機會往上走。
避免腳麻的方法:觀察上一層(未必是管理),的人他擁有的能力是什麼。觀察招聘平台,招聘這類人,通常的需求是什麼。這時就會有明確的提升目標了。
3.多年來,一直都在換讓自己腳麻的工作。
喔,我發現這間工作太爛了,於是換到下一個爛缺。繼續重複上面兩個腳麻特徵。久了,認為這世界就是這樣了,不跳了。(一堆offer文明顯有這種特徵)
很多時候,一份工作職缺的內容,就決定是否培養你成為腳麻,而且市場薪資不會提升的人了每次看到Offer文,大家都在討論比較薪資而已,而不是多談談工作內容,能不能使職場走的更遠,更深,真是覺得可惜啊。
大家跳槽時,除了錢,更能思考一下工作內容的市場價值重要性。如果在職狀態也是要思考自己工作內容的市場價值在哪。不然,你也會成為腳麻老人啦。
