請問如果特休在公開文件(上網公開),說新進人員報到享有優於勞基法10天特休(任職
三個月即可請特休),如果今天有ㄧ員在1月1日報到(假設),在11個月候離職,離職前
把特休請玩8.3天(依照比例),離職時公司把特休追回,這樣違法嗎
