我只是想分享今天我所受到的服務感受 讓我有深深感受
今天晚上去吃王品集團的王品牛排
對於王品集團的服務態度其實以前就覺得很驚艷
特別在我去年去過 夏慕尼 之後已經大為震驚
今天又再一次對於服務人員的服務和態度 充滿大大的感動和好奇
究竟是什麼樣的培訓課程能讓一個服務人員的態度和儀態都讓人滿意
(雖然餐點內容我覺得中等 ~ 中上 沒有到非常好吃或非吃不可的境界)
但還是不得不佩服這個體系出來的工作人員
關於去年去吃夏慕尼的事情是因為
我們訂位七點。 後來因為六點四十就到了,所以問服務人員能否先進去等!?
結果服務人員說那剛好有一組 六點半(不太記得是六點還是六點半)的取消
所以直接幫我們安排入座
結果一到了那個鐵板吧檯 其實真的滿後悔比人家晚進場的
因為 打從一開始的點餐 到上餐都比別人晚
也就是我們在點餐的時候就有人已經再喝湯了
雖然 開胃菜 麵包 濃湯 都不是在鐵板吧檯處理的 能很快解決
但是後來當我們選定好 主餐和沙拉的時候
我們的餐點已經被安排和別人的一起出
也就是當你還在喝湯的時候 你的沙拉已經 做好放在鐵板吧檯上用鐵板保溫
當別人已經開始拿到現做現吃的
你卻要快點把自己的餐點解決好讓那份保溫的餐點送到你的位子上
主餐的部分師傅還是會看你的用餐速度去決定...
但是團體出菜的櫻花炒飯也是已經躺在鐵板上等你吃....
更不用提噹你還在品嚐櫻花炒飯的時候 身旁的客人都走光了
工作人員也紛紛在收拾其他人的餐盤
只剩下自己在那邊吃 其實我個人覺得壓力還滿大的 .....
後來填寫顧客意見表的時候 男朋友和我都特此覺得不愉快
因此把此事件註明起來 寫在顧客意見表上
結果後來店長看到卡片後 馬上過來 單腳跪下詢問我們的意見還有解釋狀況
當下真的受寵若驚 心想也沒有必要單腳下跪啦... 我們不是澳客|||
然後因為我在卡片上說麵包和大蒜麵包醬很好吃
所以 又送我們6個雜糧麵包和些許大蒜麵包醬
之後又電話道歉一次和傳簡訊過來
說因為服務不周到所以下次來的話招待一客免費 (以簡訊憑證)
但是我們當然不會去阿 因為這個真的對我們來說太不好意思了...>"<
今天去吃王品集團的王品牛排
是因為我訂位六點 但是已知男友會晚到 所以提早入坐怕位子被取消
結果我到位子後有跟服務人員說
要等人到在點餐 因為怕對方點餐會有時間壓力 所以等人到再點(包括看菜單)
服務人員離開的時候我還聽到他用MIC跟其他員工說 XX桌客人要等人到再點^_^
結果還是被三個不同的服務人員詢問是否要不要先點餐或先看菜單 我都一一拒絕|||
然後男友也在六點準時抵達 但是沒有人帶位所以找了一下 = =
之後點完餐點有著名 麵包不要牛角麵包 飲料要外帶
但是送麵包的時候還是有牛角 XDDD (我後來想想他應該不知道...)
但是之後續兩次麵包的時候 又於第一次說只要雜糧麵包 但他又給我牛角+雜糧各一 XD
喝湯的時候 第二次序麵包 送麵包的人又太晚送來了 湯都喝完了 ~"~
然後主餐的餐點男朋友覺得有點難咬 所以當服務人員跟我們詢問餐點內容時
我跟他說我覺得我的(酥烤小牛排)很好吃但是男朋友的覺得他的(台塑澳洲牛)有點難咬
服務人員有詢問是否要更換或加熱我們馬上一致搖頭拒絕!!
但試過十分鐘後又送來約莫半分的 酥烤小牛排給我男友 並幫他加熱剩下的台塑牛排
但是我們當然吃不下了阿 所以就通通打包了 >_______<
但是最後我的外帶飲料還是送上來了沒有外帶||||| XDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
因為我這次在用餐時就不停的在想要怎麼寫評分表
服務的同仁也有詢問是否有需要改進的地方 我就說我不好意思說 我用寫的好不好
連主任都拿名片給我 |||
後來填寫 意見表的時候 我把上述內容寫在背後整張寫滿
包括 詢問三次是否點餐 沒人帶位 雜糧麵包很好吃 但是一直給我牛角麵包|||
可以換酥皮濃湯很貼心 主餐牛排很好吃 但是炸蒜片送來是冷的
整體服務 : 餐點普通 服務優質 笑容可掬親切
大概是這樣 我忘記了 沒拍照 >__<
結果 主任說因為服務不周到 所以招待我們6個雜糧麵包帶回家 包括沾醬
還送了我們兩個相框 + 造型氣球 + 照片
最後吃一頓餐卻拿到四個西堤紙袋超誇張的阿!!!!!!!!!!!
包括兩袋是打包的餐點 一袋是招待的麵包 一袋是送我們的相框
害的其他臨桌的客人好像也紛紛跟服務人員抱怨餐點內容 或是卯起來寫服務卡 .. - -
所以我結帳完回到家後真的覺得很不好意思 又傳了一封簡訊給主任..

結果他的回答也著實讓我感到敬業和驚訝.... http://ppt.cc/k52Q
我回到家後到現在一直在想
到底是什麼樣的訓練讓每個員工都能僅然有序
並且遇到問題時坦然面對而不是逃避 顧客至上這四字好像已經不是服務的標準
自從這兩次吃飯的事件之後
我又對服務業們產生更大的尊敬 謝謝你/妳們的專業和服務
讓我享受到不僅是餐點 也是人和人相處的一種真誠感受
P.S 請問 顧客意見表 真的那麼重要嗎 )0(
