招不到人就自己做~~
這是我老闆對我說的話!
我們家品保部原本有10個人..
結果交貨的產品天天要去客戶家重工!
我告訴我們家台幹品保經理,人員不行的全部離開!
最後只剩下四個人還可以使用..
品保經理告訴我人太少了,這樣很多文件資料會沒人做!
我跟他說就自己做!
他跟我說~~~~~那我也走好了!!
結果還是留了下來..(我讚同!!但是被老闆勸下來)
現在品保部四個人~~~兩個月下來只被客訴2次...
那我要這麼多人幹嘛?????
上個月初..
原本資材部人員有5位..
一個離職回家調養
一個直接不來
一個開刀住院
所有的系統資料我全部自己來準備!
一個月過了!~
我現在還是輕鬆的不得了!!
還是一樣有時間上PTT推文
所以!
招不到人就自己來做吧!
當管理幹部的..應該很清楚自己的員工的工作內容!
我相信一定很快就可以上手~~(除非你只出一張嘴)
每天多花個半小時..
一個禮拜花3小時..
一個月花12小時..
你可以幫公司省一個員工的薪水..
沒辦法..都來到大陸工作了!!就認命一點~~~
都已經自稱是"台勞"了....就做給他爆肝吧!!
以上...是屬於我的工作方法..
