現職考上三等年終和考績的問題?? - 考績

如題...
小弟是100年普考考上後又接著考上103年地特三等同類科同職系的現職人員
已知在受訓四個月的期間可以繼續保公保繳退撫,退休和休假年資可以銜接併計
但問題來了...
1.請問我今年是全考還是另考??
2.承上題,假如是全考,如果考績是甲or乙,那我明年(105年)就可以升到六本二??
3.年終獎金如何計算?? 是依據新舊單位的在職期間按照比例發放嗎?
也就是舊單位領104年1~3月在職期間的年終+新單位領104年3~12月在職期間的年終
公式為:普考薪資*1.5*3/12+三等特考薪資*1.5*10/12=我104年的年終獎金
但這樣子算法,好像多算一個月的樣子...反而賺到...感覺很奇怪 = =
有勞人事高手們為小弟指點一下迷津了,感恩 ^_^
PS:順便再請教一個問題,我前幾天收到一張新單位的派令,
派令上是新職的最後部分寫說我暫支委任三職等本俸二級,290俸點。
但說明部分又寫說我在訓練期間比照委任五職等本俸五級370俸點支領津貼
為什麼要先暫支三本二的薪資然後再比照五本五支領津貼 ??
不直接比照五本五支領津貼就好,請問這樣做有什麼用意嗎 @@
