昨天面試南科某家生技公司
面試人員問了關於新水的問題
在場包含我共有三個應徵者(都是碩士)
面試人員有問大家覺得合理薪水大概是多少?
可以直接說 也可以寫字紙上
XD 我是第一個說的 開了32K~35K
可能因為我是直接說，後面的應徵者也不太好說寫在紙上
結果A:30K~35K
B:25k~28K.........(我只能在心裡:靠 我開太高了嗎)
不知道大家薪水都開多少???
現在真的是人太多 也都採削價競爭了嗎?
