同事近期欲向公司申請育嬰假,
人資單位表示為了保障公司的權益,
要請同事填寫一張離職單,離職日期為育嬰假結束的日期(更正,日期是11/28)。
否則不予以辦理。
同事不願意寫離職單,人資則說沒有信任基礎,公司無法替他辦理育嬰假。
請問這樣的狀況是否合理?
有無相關法條或資料可以拿去說服人資?
