沒想到這個"人脈"兩個字 會有那麼多人反感...
可能這兩個字都被那些該死的直銷團體 或是商業雜誌給用到爛
當然不是跟誰吃過飯 或是認識誰 就叫作建立人脈
大家年紀都相當大了 都應該知道這種就算認識多年可以吃吃喝喝的朋友
未必能在你有困難時幫助你 更何況只是職場認識的 更現實多了
(其實大家也可以反問自己 別人遇到困難 你有辦法幫忙嗎?你會想幫誰?)
前面不少板友也補充不少人脈相關的東西 如何建立口碑 就不再重複講了
我的重點是 中年轉業 如果還得投104履歷表 跟新進人員一起面試
我想那是相當可悲的....
大家有準備如果自己真的遇到那天 可以透過找誰幫忙介紹? 可以轉去哪裡?
之前我也遇過 我要離職了 還有同事或是同學主動說要幫我介紹工作的
這才叫做人脈....
至於那個說人脈完全無用論者
我猜大概是做人太失敗？還是實力太差連讓人利用的價值都沒？
