妳好~
我認為服務業尤其是餐飲,老是很愛強調「快」。
當然我理解企業要讓生產力提高的心態,
老實說,很多人不會那麼快的上手。
但,給予足夠的時間學習,應該不算什麼難事,
只是現在許多的企業都是這樣,但薪水嘛...XD
原PO也不要太傷心了,就當作是經驗就好,
不是每個老板都這麼不通情理,我覺得沒做錯什麼。
第二天上班就被炒,換個角度想,他那105的時薪
除了不符合勞基法規定外,是能請到誰呢?
如連鎖大型企業麥當勞109元,有的餐飲相關時薪甚至超過109以上
而且制度比這種店好的商家也不少了,
服務業嘛~不就是在學經驗
