想請問版上的大大有沒有經驗在選擇管理職方面或是技術職的升遷
稍微分析一下兩者的差別
管理職:(管理副理)
管理一個小團隊
需要常跟客戶開會,最直接面對客戶的需要跟問題
優點:
(1)有領導加給
(2)表現好就是個有機會往上爬的官
缺點:
(1)團隊裡有許多比自己更資深的人,不好帶
(2)沒啥技術,會被死定在同一間公司,轉職困難
技術職:(技術副理)
偏project的走向,需要整合不同部門的人來完成
或是處理前線弟兄解決不了的高深問題
優點:
(1)有挑戰性,興趣比較合,解決問題後的成就感
(2)離職還有一技之長,可以跳槽
缺點:
(1)沒加給
(2)可能都是永遠都是工程師
兩者最大的差別
前者是面對人,後者是面對事
有沒有大大可以分享一下自己的經驗呢?
