純新制退休金計算及比較 - 薪水

最近工作做得很厭世
所以想知道還有多久可以退休 可以領多少錢
網路上找到銓敘部的退休金試算器 算了一下
(以新制人員來說,算滿簡單使用的)
簡單列一下我的參數
99年任職
假設退休7等頂天 俸點590
退休前15年平均薪俸也用7等頂天下去算40270元
試算出結果
一次退(做25年,51歲退) 退休金302萬元
全額月退(做40年,65歲退) 退休金每月49768元
打折月退(做35年,60歲退) 退休金每月43277元
展延月退(做25年,51歲退,65歲領錢) 退休金每月36243元
還有一種是兼領就是一次領跟月退各拿一半 這邊就不列了
反正介於上面這些數據之間
心得小結:
先不論年改被大砍,純就現在的制度下分析
如果領的到將近5萬元月退,生活應該是還不難過
只是一想到要做到65歲,就更厭世

後面這邊是試算一下各種退休條件的比較
依據新聞查到的資料
公務人員平均壽命 男性82.5歲 女性89歲
想看看一次領到底有沒有可能比較划算
這邊有個前提是預設大家都有投資能力,年利率6%
生活費無虞,
所以先領到可以先投資,然後這筆錢也都不會動用到 可以持續投入投資
得到的結果如下

心得小結
一次領大約會在74歲左右被打折月退超過,在83歲的時候被全額月退超過
打折月退跟全額月退的成長幅度幾乎相同,全額月退完全無法超過打折月退的績效,以結果論,只要活超過74歲後,打折月退是最划算的選擇。

不過上面的算法太過簡化
因為沒退休前還會有薪水的收入,而一次退會有提前自由的優點
所以再加一些條件進去,讓更合理一點
假設一次退後,再隨便找個輕鬆的工作,年薪36萬(月薪3萬)
月退條件則是加入沒退休的薪資,年薪抓100萬(約16個月薪資)
起始計算時間從51歲開始比較
得到的結果如下

心得小結
毫無懸念,一次退被月退屌打,在55歲左右就被超車,畢竟薪水的差距是投資績效比不上的
然後全額月退在60歲會超過打折月退

最後總結
假設有經濟壓力,那沒得選,肯定是做到65歲退
依據經濟壓力大小,可以選擇打折退或一次退
假設沒有太大的經濟壓力,其實本金1000萬就能有每年固定60萬的投資獲利當生活費,一對夫妻正常生活應該是夠用(假設沒房貸、小孩已獨立、沒長輩要顧、沒過渡消費)
另外有一些隱性的福利很難算進去比較
例如
雖然一次退看起來很虧,但是不排除有一些理工類科的有一些特別的證照,退休後可以出去人照合一工作,但維持幾乎退休的生活(懂得就知道在說什麼)這也算是額外的月退金,這可以拉高一次退的誘因。
另外,雖然說公務人員做到60歲65歲聽起來好像很恐怖,但可以想像到時候的狀況,薪資頂天,不做主管,根本是機關的土地公、吉祥物,行動力下降、科技力趕不上,所以難的業務主管大概不會找他,大家要請他做事也都要客客氣氣,而對於行政流程也都倒背如流了,基本的業務也難不到,每年把特休請好請滿,甲等讓給年輕人,一年出國個兩三次,感覺也是比退休差不到哪裡去。
不過有幾個點我還了解不夠深 沒辦法放入這次的比較裡
例如 一次退後出去工作,因為會保勞保,理論上工作15年後又可以領勞保的月退,這筆錢就不會算。而且以我的退休年資51歲,趕不及65歲前累積滿15年年資,是不是只能一次領,相關規定我目前還不清楚
另外還有通膨的問題,在固定通膨的情形下,錢越先拿到手利用,理論上是越划算的,但是我也不知道該怎麼放進比較裡。
