今天拿到的iphone,
一支都沒有留給我,全部送陸幹
之前靠關係只能拿到一兩支
這次看來供應量很足,不要傻傻加錢去買
這次真的要做建議了
剛開始一定要立定志向。
(1)想原位幹到退休的也很好,但要注意公司前景,以及年紀大是否能勝任
(2)想原公司幹到老總的,想辦法讓自己變成最紅的,跟對派系,抱對大腿
(3)想練功跳槽的:運用公司資源,學會該學會的東西,確認實力夠了,拿到新offer走人
(4)想自己當老闆的:搞好未來可能用的到的人脈,學會該所有可能用的到的技能,存夠該存的錢,如果你可能會變原公司的競爭對手,別留下任何讓人可以告你的証據
我自己是屬於4,
其實剛開始也沒有想自己出來開公司,待在良率部門,
發現有部分的報廢,
維修部門沒有辦法處理,
到中國考察了幾次,
確認全世界都沒有辦法處理這問題,
理論上是可以處理的。
於是有一兩年,我滿腦子都在想這問題
直到有天,我覺得有八成把握,錢也存夠了,
就提離職,找設備商設計機器
實驗幾個月確定成功後申請專利,
然後正式成立公司,靠這技術打兩岸市場。
再來要學理財。
我父母都是農民,從小我對生活就有不安全感
上班之後,我很積極學投資理財
之後摸索出了一點訣竅
有次上大夜一週賺了300萬,
每天花五千塊叫另一班的弟兄幫我上,
過了逍遙的一個禮拜。
離職前一年,主管甚至叫我不用做什麼
給我一千萬的帳號,叫我下單順便幫他下
今年前半年,從理財每個月平均都有八位數的進帳,
我在股版貼過對帳單,卻惹來一堆酸民
唉!
我很同情現在的年輕人,
起薪比二十年前只多一點,
房價、物價成長卻是以倍數計。
已經先天不良了,
如果你再目空一切,
不自求進步,只會酸言酸語,
那我斷言你永遠只是loser
我在很多版貼過文章,
應該是少數請雞排說到做到還加碼飲料的,
能擁有現在不算成功但還可以的人生,
我心懷感激,努力回饋社會
每年捐的錢都超過七位數
辦聚會從沒有讓別人出過一分錢。
也因為回信交到版上一些不錯的年輕朋友
每天應付line訊息應付到不亦樂乎
如果人數太多,應付不過來,到時可能會成立個科技業群組
不然一直回答不同人重複的問題,累

: 2.中國人普遍比較吃苦耐勞。農村出來的小孩,真的窮怕了,配合度非常高,只要你給加班費,要他不睡覺他都幹,產能趕的時候,領月薪的兩三倍是很正常的
: 3.中國的勞動意識,普遍較高,台灣人相對溫馴許多。我河南工廠旁邊的港資廠,每個月都會發生員工圍廠罷工事件,工資晚發啦,食堂不好吃啦,沒得加班啦,什麼原因都有。我以老闆的身分證,本來不該支持勞工意識太強,但我真的佩服他們積極爭取自己權益的勇氣,台灣之前的無薪假若發生在中國,保證被掀翻
: 4.反而台灣的科技業比較共產。前面說過,即使你是很公正的主管,所屬最認真的跟最混的,獎金差可能只有10-20%,他們花在公司的心力,差的可不只倍數計,這只會讓混的繼續混,認真的不想認真。在中國就是贏者全拿,我覺得差異化要做出來,才能汰弱留強

: 1.鬥爭。有華人的地方,鬥爭就特別嚴重。有良性鬥爭才有進步,我最近也困擾於陸幹們的鬥爭,還好公司正在壯大期,有足夠的缺讓他們王不見王。但我在台灣看到的常常是無聊的鬥爭,什麼你調薪比我多幾百啦,他下班比我早多久啦!丟臉!!!
: 2.血汗。在世界級的企業,華人總是最晚下班,老闆沒有走,下面就得裝忙,但中國人是你給他足夠的報酬他就幫你賣命,台灣人是沒有給你報酬,你也會賣命。
: 台灣現在處於先天不良,後天失調的狀況,環境已經非常的險峻
: 我所屬的產業,交易量在中國竟然占了70%
: 很多人問我為何工廠不開在台灣?
: 誰說沒有?我台灣還有一個小廠
: 你以為我愛去中國?
: 我每個月即使都搭頭等艙去中國
: 心情都跟當兵收假的感覺一樣
: 那不是我的家啊!!
: 但市場都在中國,在中國的關稅保護之下,光關稅跟運費,在台灣的成本就高於中國30%

: : 3.某A是某B的師父,他們負責同一設備,某A什麼事都凹B做,但功勞都讓A搶走,實際功力B已遠大於A,最後績效A比B好
