缺席會議遭郭董解雇 謝冠宏獲賠百萬

鴻海董事長郭台銘打造龐大事業版圖,對員工要求一向嚴格,現在卻傳出,先前擔任事業群級總經理的幹部,因為秘書搞烏龍,人在飛機上缺席會議,當場被開除,讓他氣得告鴻海違法解雇,如今判決結果出爐,鴻海得給付150萬資遣費外加23萬5千股股票,案子還可以再上訴,面對判決,鴻海表示交由司法處理,事發後謝冠宏也到北京創業,身兼創辦人、總裁,現在靠賣耳機年營收破億!
加一聯創總裁謝冠宏說:「好東西自然會賣好,不訂銷售目標,只有一心拼命做。」
細框眼鏡、長相斯文,今年54歲的謝冠宏靠賣耳機在中國打出一片天,過去的他還是鴻海事業群級總經理,被形容是鴻海戰將,卻因為兩年前一次請假意外遭到開除。
郭董開會明快果決,軍事管理作風,事情發生在2014年10月一場會議,那天謝冠宏準備飛日本處理女兒留學事宜,沒想到秘書搞烏龍請錯假,漏了公司會議,上機後立刻接到郭董電話,要求立刻下機趕回公司開會,否則開除,但當時機門已經關上,無法抽身,郭董在會議上當眾宣布開除謝冠宏,讓他氣得告上法院。
高等法院判決出爐,鴻海敗訴要給付150萬資遣費、外加23萬5千股股票。
律師胡原龍說:「如果是委任關係,那雙方委任關係隨時都可以終止,一旦適用勞基法的話,那(解雇)就有條件的限制。」
加一聯創總裁謝冠宏說:「以前的公司給我們的磨練跟挑戰,都是我們很感謝。」
即使被開除另外創業,談到鴻海還是滿滿感謝,面對判決結果,鴻海表示交司法處理,但過去郭董自爆每天上班十六小時,假日還要開會,嚴以律己,對員工也很要求。
