美國大專徵人廣告的問題 - offer

最近在survey美國大專院校的教職缺
我的認知是研教類的工作沒有H1B的上限
但最近看到幾個廣告的尾巴說這樣的訊息

Final selection will be based upon a
successful interview and background check.
All candidates must furnish proof of
eligibly to work in the U.S. at the time
of employment.

這個意思是 這間學校不會幫你辦H1B
還是你得自己斟酌辦理所有簽證的時間
如果到職日還無法赴美 則offer取消?
或者是說你得自己想辦法弄綠卡？
