華碩財務長辭世 施崇棠要員工注意健康
（中央社記者羅秀文台北24日電）華碩財務長暨發言人張偉明因病辭世，董事長施崇棠今
天上午發信給全體員工，勉勵同仁需注意身體健康，讓個人工作發展及家庭幸福能更妥善
、長久。
華碩公關表示，張偉明是在昨天病逝，消息傳出，大家都非常意外。
施崇棠在發給全體員工的電子郵件中表示，張偉明突因病辭世，公司甚為哀痛，將協助家
屬籌劃各項相關事宜。
施崇棠說，張偉明在華碩服務時間甚長，並參與執行協助各項重大政策，如公開發行上市
、華碩和碩母子公司分割、華碩品牌業務推展等活動，對公司貢獻良多，且待人處事謙和
、友善，為各位同仁及往來廠商認可的好主管、好工作夥伴及好父親。
施崇棠表示，事發突然，公司經營團隊備感哀傷。勉勵各位同仁需注意身體健康，在個人
