我知道 "當大家都不想遵守的時候"
薪資保密條款就只是裝飾
我想到的是在常態情況下
一家公司如果職階待遇很死的話
那大家的待遇是多少錢根本就不用猜了…
例如：
工程師月薪就只有X
經理月薪就只有Y
公司的年終或調薪又很固定
新鮮人薪水也只能有Z
…之類的
還有什麼狀況 薪資保密制度 會淪為無用？
