今天為什麼大多數的公司,不分國內外都會要你簽薪資保密原則?
其中一個因素是怕有人覺得同工不同酬整天吵,影響工作效率跟氣氛
不過這不是重點
最重要的是造成資訊不對等
今天受雇者與雇用者的關係是靠薪資與時間/體力/腦力來付出的交換關係
雙方在交換關係締結契約時要經過談判此一過程是再正常也不過的了
每年的調薪發獎金也是如此
試想今天你去談判的時候手上什麼牌都沒有,啥都不知道,
然後發現對方早就知道你開條件的底限了,
這不叫談判,這叫簽喪權辱國條約,準備賠款割地
今天為什麼會有glassdoor之類的網站存在?
為什麼你會在求職前瘋狂地問學長姐:「我這樣的offer依我這個經歷合理嗎?」
傻了嗎,是人都不會空手去談判啊
而簽薪資保密原則就是賽局中拿來壓價的一種手段,製造資訊不對等
