要辭職了~想請問簽呈的寫法 - 離職

當了4年的公務員決定要辭職了
因為平常工作內容寫公文的機會就很少
想請問版上有沒有人事單位的版友
可以教授一下辭職簽呈的內容大概會寫些什麼....(真的好難想)
要不要寫"請鈞長核准"之類的?
之前有爬文版友說辭職的原因都寫"生涯規劃不同"....
還需要其他說明嗎?
要不要在簽裡寫明幾月幾號要離職?
