本身10年生物管背景,在X產業也有10年相關經歷。
近期面試新竹ㄧ家貿易公司(與自身產業相關涵蓋X產業的上下游)該公司目前20人左右,
應徵職稱:生物管工程師。
第一面:寫完性向測驗,主管說會找六位選一位,找人原因看到有商機想自己代工故想找
一個主管級工程師,管理製造及生物管人員。聽完了解該公司沒生管沒製造沒品保沒設備
沒製程要包山包海的工作。
第二面:老總經自帶我參觀產線,了解該製造整個只有三個站點,四個機台,員工四位。
開始畫大餅一小時後說三天後會從我跟另一位選一位,開獎前一天。突然打電話來要我為
他們的產線先做一份生產管理計畫報告,看...這啥小,結果我晚上熬夜交給他4頁的ppt
內容短、中、長規劃及能馬上提升產能的方式,還幫他們粗算了每年的營收預測,結果得
到無聲卡.......
花了兩天的扣薪假,沒錄取沒關係討一張感謝函還好吧!!!製式的也行......
