該否前去台達電? - offer

請問一下台達電職級 S3 的職務算是高階的嘛?
如現在的公司留我並且offer跟台達差不多的薪水
但是台達要先跑台南廠 (我住台北, 現在的公司在台北)
所以不知道這樣過去台南, 還要租房子 加上每個月來回台北的交通費等等
似乎不太划算
現在的公司有offer給我月薪跟台達差不多的薪水
只是沒有保證一年16個月, 大約一年14個月吧
另外有股票分紅.
主要是這公司的工作環境跟性質我都還滿喜歡的.

不過台達電是大公司, 也似乎比較有制度, 似乎比較有前景
去留的決定已經困擾我好幾周, 卻無法做出決定
想問問這邊各位版友的建議. 另外也想知道各位對於台達電的看法

現在應該很少公司還有分股票了...,台達不小...
但比他大的公司也不少,紮馬步階段,建議考慮不同環境
