該如何裁員 - 離職

小弟目前當個小主管接手大公司新單位,
偏偏前面的老闆被坑,招了一個一萬塊的陸幹
收個一萬就算了,成天不做事,搞到最後就是累死我自己
這個人也因為高薪,不放假.不加班.不升官.沒獎金也沒差
搞的全單位士氣很差
請問各位該怎麼處理這種事情...一個毒瘤在那邊,總是該拔掉的
該如何請該員離職呢
