調薪25%遭爆「獨厚新人」工程師好心寒 台積電說話了

疫情之下許多公司獲利都慘兮兮,不過去年長榮、萬海等海運公司豪發年終獎金,其中長
榮一口氣撒40個月,讓不少人相當羨慕。而「護國神山」台積電每逢4月進行例行調薪,
今年卻遭爆獨厚「新人」,資淺員工較資深員工最多多出15%,對此台積電則回應稱,今
年調薪幅度落在5-10%,是依工作績效等條件考量,無法評論個別案例。
根據《蘋果新聞網》獨家報導,有台積電內部員工爆料,這次公司的調薪制度「超瞎」,
前陣子公司CEO雖喊話稱此次調薪會讓員工滿意,然事實上大部分工程師都相當不滿,主
因在於台積電為了招攬新進人才祭出高薪,但為了不讓新進員工薪水超過已在職的資淺新
人,因此大幅度調薪都落在了年資4年以內的員工身上,反倒是資深員工僅微幅調薪。
據稱台積電這次調薪幅度介於5到25%之間,其中若是去年升職的資深工程師,升等時加
薪4%,今年就只會調10%以下,而今年要升資深工程師的人,反而會受惠於此次調薪政
策直接加薪25%,升等時還能夠再加4%,如此一來等於學弟妹直接多了2、3年年資,甚
至可能超過學長姐。
這也讓爆料員工不滿稱,如此的調薪政策使得台積電內部醞釀著一種不公平的分化氛圍,
且公司似乎也沒有意要彌補,讓對公司有長久貢獻的資深工程師們感到心灰意冷,質疑台
積電為了招攬新人反倒失去資深工程師的心,「真的划得來?」
對此,台積電則給出回應稱,公司秉持著「以人為本」的企業文化,有許多措施如將產假
從原先的8週延長為12週,或者規劃假日STEAM兒童營隊、陪伴員工子女成長。而公司同樣
提供具競爭力的薪資福利,除了每個季度以業績奬金與酬勞(分紅)與全體同仁共享營運
成果,公司業績成長也都反映在同仁整體薪酬的成長上。
台積電稱,今年度他們調薪幅度落在5-10%,是依個人績效、年資、職等許多條件而定,
因此無法評論個別案例。未來他們將持續提供富有挑戰性的世界舞台,協助員工實現工作
和生活的理想平衡,感謝同仁的建議與付出,期許未來能與員工有更多良性交流,一起建
立更健全的溝通與照顧機制。
