話說...,友人A今年從知名大學碩士畢業,
應徵到臺北的一間知~名藥廠......
A滿懷期待進入公司大概第三個月時,
開始有真正的工作內容下發,
第一個月:在瞭解行業規則,前輩一直讓A坐著看一個月的文件
第二個月:在看工作上所需要的文件知識
第三個月:才正式下放工作內容
終於到了稽核日,滿懷期待要成為正式員工時
卻發現HR告知主管認為A能力不足,
但是這三個月期間,主管與A工作上的接觸只有一次
HR評估後決定要再延三個月試用
(當然薪水也是試用價?)
工作量也在稽核過後迅速暴增
被迫接手其他前輩的工作,問題出錯卻變成A的問題
而HR也將這個問題做為將A裁員的原因
當天請A簽下自動離職單,並立馬辭職><
還沒給謀職的寬限期,根本不合勞基法規定
(ps.HR嫌棄A服裝儀容不整)
想請問各位業界上的前輩
因為友人A初入業界,不懂行規
這在生技行業是常態嗎?
生技業需要每天穿套裝上班嗎?
