請問新加坡工作的問題 - 面試

昨天透過interisland仲介公司找到一個新加坡的工作
並在昨天面試過後錄取我了
是新加坡一家W開頭的零售業，主要代理服飾品牌
我應徵的職位是retail associate(零售助理??)
我想應該是在賣場或百貨公司當店員
待遇約為40K(包含房屋伙食津貼、全勤獎金、業績獎金。)
已經爬過文，得知這樣的薪資是很吃緊的。
想請教有相關經驗的朋友，
這樣的工作機會對職涯發展有無幫助？
我中段私立大學碩士，國際企管系
英文不錯，TOEIC有九百分。
第一次發文有不合規定的地方請多包涵
