最近剛好有個機會被聯想找去面試,上班地點是北京,
職位是Manager階級以上,
想請問有相關面試經驗,或正在裡面上班的朋友,
可否分享一下心得呢??
有找過中國的一些網站,聽說有網路測驗,不過不知道我會不會也要考,
目前只知道第一關要面試我的是senior counsel(職位好像是比我低,目前還不確定)
如果有機會通過了,接下來可能才會面臨到談薪水和精華區一些純陸資的問題吧!

另外想問問,上海跟北京的物價水準如何?因為實在是不知道薪水該怎麼開
(ex稅,勞健保,年終獎金,住宿等費用到底該怎麼預估),
如果稅自理,那就總薪水再x 1.2不知道可以嗎??
