請客戶幫忙 - 國貿工作討論

Dear (客戶名),
First, we would like to deeply appreciate for your kindness to assist to
arrange the introduction for our boss to the customer (客戶 B), it is a great
help.
But at this moment we are forced to inform you a bad news that our boss just
find an incident which will affect his original schedule of the business
trip and now he is not able to meet the customer (客戶 B).
Please kindly understand that we are truly sorry about the circumstances, and
our boss would like to express his appreciation again and the apology by
sudden change of plan.
If there will be a chance that our boss could meet you during the business
trip, we believe that he will explain the details to you.
Hope this message can deliver our sincerity and notice smoothly, thanks for
all.

我的話大概會寫類似上面這樣,就先感謝客戶 A 幫忙,然後說老闆因為臨時有其他計畫
所以無法去見客戶 B 了,但仍然非常感激客戶 A 這次的協助。順便提一下說老闆若出差
過程中會碰到客戶 A 的話,會再解釋為何計畫有變 (推測老闆應該是去客戶 A 跟客戶
B 同時在的國家或區域出差?),也有點把最終責任交回給老闆的意思,至少業務盡到告
知的動作,但也只是遵守老闆交代的感覺。
其實如果是交易已久的客戶,一般來說也不會太在意啦,因為我這幾年工作中,也曾經因
為一些突發狀況,偶爾取消掉幾次出差或改變行程等等,通常只要好好解釋,客戶都會理
解而不太可能因為這樣然後造成壞印象 (當然是不是表面工夫就不清楚了 XD)
