請教關於退貨問題的信 - 國貿工作討論

Dear xxxx,
I had a meeting with our manager and financial department this morning,
we have two options for you as follow,
A.Regarding to your mail, our new version product is pass the test.
So we want to upgrade all the goods to new version which you returned
before. After upgrade all goods, we will sending back to you.
B.We will clear the account between us and pay ReadyLinks the balance payment.
In fact, we hope you can accept the option A, and then we can have more
business opportunity between us in the future. We can guarantee that all
goods we upgrade to you will be fine, also with high quality.
I believe xxx我司's products have very competitive price and very high
quality, can help xxxx客戶名 to gain more order.

狀況是這樣的
之前我司出了一票貨給客戶
但是規格上有誤會所以他們將產品退回給我司
後來我司在原有產品上做了修正再寄給客戶測試
客戶通知測試通過了, 但他已經開始要求我們將貨款退還
我跟經理討論的結果是兩個選項
1. 將之前他們退回的產品更新以後, 全部寄還給客戶解決問題
2. 將帳戶細目整理清楚, 將欠的貨款退回
但是我們當然希望客戶選擇第一項, 所以我又想了一些理由說服客戶,
更重要的事這個客戶量還挺大的, 我們不想失去他
請各位前輩針對我的信文給我點意見
尤其是表達的口氣和文法上錯誤(我英文不是很好), 拜託>"<
