事情是這樣的:
有一個澳洲的客戶最近下單,用小櫃出貨
如果有出澳洲的應該都知道現在櫃子的前比前一兩個月...漲了大概是一倍有
在向客人貨代詢價完之後,我被告知10月19還會再漲: USD250
偏偏工廠說交期是在10月19那個星期...
想說250金額還蠻大的...我特地push工廠 請他趕10月12那個星期出貨
後來終於敲好了
客人也在9月25 confirm order...
老實說這個單子不小將近兩百萬
老闆娘的意思是請客人先付款再下去做...況且再半個月也要出貨了...
其實也一直都是這樣拉...金額大一點的單,不給全額,少說也要30%的訂金
誰知道寫完請款信之後...他老大昨天寫了一封"樂樂等"的信給老闆娘...
算是抱怨我...跟他討錢
老闆娘是沒有罵我 也沒責備... (老實說這悶槍我整個是在幫她擋)
最後我還幫老闆娘寫信 用他的名義發給客人
跟客人請款的信 或者是電話 真的很難處理...
放太軟...客人當方便...不給錢卻又拼命催交期...
放太硬...客人會不爽...然後就像現在這樣...
總之 昨天老闆娘在看到客人的信之後...就說 不然先下單好了
但是我知道以他的個性,他一定會一直唸唸唸...擔心款項還不進來 ||||+
anyway...小小抱怨一下...
