各位年薪300up的大大們好
小的入行到現在也差不多快十年了
換了幾家公司
從小公司換到大公司
都走純數位RD
學歷、能力的確不是頂尖人才
不是那種人中之龍,萬裡挑一的練武奇才
剛畢業的時候在台元的公司,薪水五萬,房租八千
年薪80~90之間(包含分紅)
跟前輩們聊到分紅這件事情,前輩說不錯了,你這樣的年資可以領到這樣的分紅
當初我們薪水沒有這麼高,分紅也沒有這麼多耶
我就問了一句,前輩你們那個時候有領股票嗎
前輩一時語塞,有啦,幾張而已....
事後有跟一個前輩混熟,當時他剛入行,第一次領股票的市值就將近50萬
第一年就破百萬(月薪四萬上下*14個月+將近50萬的股票)
之後也是爽領一波
我認識的差不多現在40~50歲的,幾乎沒有房子小於3間的
看看自己混到現在,薪水沒有300也有200了
新竹的房子還是買不下手
生活機能要跟台中市區和板橋火車站附近比真的差太多了
老婆娘家在走路去板橋火車站約12分鐘的距離 3房公寓 1100萬
到板橋大遠百只要走8分鐘就會到
去年岳母跟他朋友合資買新埔站附近走路3分鐘到的3房公寓 1200萬
1200萬跟我說可以在新竹,竹北買到什麼
生活機能要怎麼比...
對比下來新竹房價的CP值真的太低了
然後談到年輕新人,讓你頂尖人才都進一線大廠,算30%的人好了
只有這一線大廠的人才有機會第一年就破百
其他二線的RD新人起薪5萬
三線的我就不知道了,但之前有間三線的找我去面試,當時我在二線廠
薪水約七萬,過去面試他就說我薪水太高了
我問他們有沒有結構性調薪,他們說沒有...
因為那時還在台元,隔壁棟而已,下班時間就晃過去看看了解一下業界生態
沒想到我還看到這種沒有結構性的公司
所以,新鮮人如果沒有面到一線廠
那真的就去GG輪班
中科、南科,要在那邊買房定居真的機率還是會比在新竹好很多
雖然南科那邊挺偏避的...
但台南的氛圍還是比新竹來的好
新竹現在的情況對於一般新鮮人來講真的是挺不利的(除了那前30%)
平均年齡會上升我也一點都不意外
還有提點一下新鮮人,面試的時候有機會的話就問
那個部門內的人,在"這間公司"待的年資是幾年
當你看到M型化的情況時就要小心
新進來的待不到幾年就走(有年資或沒年資的不管)
待在這公司很久的通通都沒走
這種待下去就會發現你做得要死,然後分紅到的時候被氣得要死
我就有切身之痛
部門內資深的3個,都待超過十年,皆為主管
除此之外,剩下的十來個人通通來不到三年
待了一年半,發現撇除那三個主管外,我的工號已經是部門內最資深的了..
待到第二年半,換我自己登出了....
新人務必要注意這點阿...
